I used Elevated Moving Experts for a small local move from Dover city centre to a nearby neighborhood. From the first phone call to the last box , everything went smoothly. Their quote was fair and communication was excellent throughout. Chris and Mateo handled the move, both were polite, efficient and extremely careful with our fragile furnishings. No scratches or breakages, they even helped reassemble our bed frame. Completely satisfied and would 100% recommend this company.

My experience with Elevated Moving Experts was a total delight from the beginning till the end. I relocated from a one bedroom apartment to a townhouse in a different part of the city and the movers made the process so smooth. The reservation was done in a matter of minutes and all the terms were laid out in a very comprehensible manner beforehand. The moving team was punctual, took my large sofa and king bed upstairs without any problem, and were very polite throughout the moving process. My father also remarked on their productivity! They are surely going to be my movers next time when I need help.

Top notch professionals. The movers at Elevated Moving Experts were very professional. They didn't need much supervision and got right to work. In my new home, they organized each room logically and labeled the boxes so I could quickly identify items later. I wasn't prepared for so much attention, but it turned out to be very helpful in unpacking. I'll have their phone number for next time. I highly recommend them. Having previously been in the moving industry, I must say that Elevated Moving Experts is one of the best and has proven its worth. The guys arrived on time, were very well organized and were extremely gentle with both my home and my furniture. We moved a one bedroom residence from one end of town to the other and they were able to complete it without a scratch or dent. The booking and confirmation process was clear and the quote was absolutely accurate. It is not common to come across such reliable new moving crews. 11/10 experience, don't forget to tip your moving crew a good deal!

The online reviews were absolutely right. Elevated Moving Experts has become a great moving company. Over the years, we’ve moved three times, and this was the smoothest move of all. There were no hidden charges, hourly rates were clear, and there was complete transparency for time and breaks. Even when we added a washer and refrigerator at the last minute in the middle of the move, the team attacked the scene with a truck setup as soon as we complained. They unpacked everything and installed it in the new home with the utmost care, even my special mom was amazed. The whole thing was truly professional service.

Christopher and Luis were amazing. It was immediately apparent that they were true professionals. They were quick but at the same time very careful with everything, always taking the proper precautions during the loading process. Extremely polite throughout the entire process (they didn't even let me do anything!) and extremely professional from start to finish. Elevated Moving Experts is the company I would definitely choose again. It was such an easy experience. This team is great, I can't recommend them enough!!

I give them five stars for excellent communication and really thorough work! My roommate and I moved from a house full of stuff (yes, I admit it was mostly my stuff) to a 2-bedroom apartment. Christopher and James always let us know when they would be arriving and took all the time they needed to get everything packed properly, even repacking the stuff we had packed ourselves to make sure it was safe. It was definitely reasonable that they gave us at least three hours to get the job done. I have moved many times before and used cheap or fast movers, but the care these guys took was different. They followed all instructions and paid meticulous attention to detail that other movers would simply ignore.

From start to finish, they were efficient and professional. James, along with Eric, started work immediately and were not at all unprepared as they came with full equipment - dollies, blankets, tape and all the other things needed for the job. I initially thought about moving myself to save some money but my partner decided to convince me otherwise. Honestly, if it weren't for the elevated moving experts, I would probably be recovering from a back injury. Their prices were affordable and the movers were really nice people. I will definitely call them next time.

Mason led a team of three to move my 2 bedroom flat and I am so happy with how everything went so smoothly. This was my first experience hiring professional movers and Mason made everything so easy with his crystal clear communication and constant updates. Despite the stairs in my new place, the team never stopped and they completed the move in less than four hours. All the movers wrapped and secured the furniture before loading it and everything was delivered without any damage. I was really impressed with their work ethic and professionalism.

They clearly communicated the costs and expectations before the day of the move and it was very helpful in our planning. On the day of the move a mover had an emergency but the office immediately notified us and changed the price to the new rate. The entire moving process was so easy and took much less time than we expected. When we checked the final bill, everything was clear and it was exactly what we were told. We stayed within budget, met the deadline and enjoyed the process without any stress. Definitely recommend!

A friend of mine recommended Elevated Moving Experts, and I am so grateful for the recommendation. Christopher was very easy to coordinate with and the moving day was more successful than I had expected. If you can ask for Jonathan and his team, do so they, Louise, and Eric were very careful, prompt and nice. We had a few heavy boxes and two loft beds that needed to be taken apart and put back together and they did everything with great efficiency. Their charges seemed very reasonable, especially when compared to the high quality of service. I’ll be referring them to everyone I know.

We moved last weekend using the services of Elevated Moving Experts and I can truly say that I completely agree. My wife wasn't sure if hiring movers was a good idea because she had heard stories from friends, but the team that handled our move was very prompt, extremely efficient and very professional. They were very responsive to my messages prior to the move and gave me a very clear explanation of what would be involved in the moving process. Tim was in charge of the moving crew and he made up the team with three other people. They covered almost all of our furniture with blankets and plastic wrap, took great care of everything and even used a brand new truck. This time, unlike our previous moves, there was no damage. We were truly amazed at the level of their service and will definitely use them again.

Absolutely perfect moving experience. A team of three moved my one bedroom apartment, including packing, in just four and a half hours plus driving time. Not only were the movers friendly and respectful of my belongings, but they were also professional throughout their entire job. The owner, Dennis, did a FaceTime walkthrough before the move and quoted me a price that was several hundred dollars less than any other company I had contacted. He also accurately estimated the packing materials. I actually spent about $25 less than I expected. Incredible value. I am extremely happy with Elevated Moving Experts.

They took great care in packing my belongings, stowed the truck very securely and never once was they rushed or careless. They were friendly, patient, and I didn't even have to do any lifting. Dennis and his team were exceptionally professional and very careful, not only with each item, but with every detail. They packed and loaded everything with great care, which I have never experienced from movers before. They disassembled and reassembled my large furniture without any problems. The price was very reasonable considering the labor they provided. I truly believe that I would have suffered some damage as a result of the move, so contacting Elevated Moving Experts was the best choice. Thank you so much!

Wow, great communication and great detail work, five stars! My flatmate and I had a lot more stuff than we thought we would, but Christopher and Javier took care of everything calmly and with precision. They even double-wrapped some things that we thought were okay and checked every box to make sure it was tight before putting it in the truck. Their minimum three hour time actually turned out to be right for us and they never rushed or ignored our instructions. I have hired less expensive movers in the past, but none were this careful. I was truly impressed!
